Shipping Fees and Charges:
Domestic - Australia Post Express
• Express Up to 500g: $10 AUD
• Express 500gm - 1kg: $14 AUD
• Express 1kg - 2kg: $20 AUD
FOR FREE SHIPPING, SPEND $100 AUD
New Zealand - International Express Courier
• Express Courier Up to 500g: $14 AUD
• Express Courier 500gm - 1kg: $17 AUD
• Express Courier 1kg - 2kg: $20 AUD
FOR FREE SHIPPING, SPEND $120 AUD
Rest of the World - International Express Courier
• Express Courier Up to 500g: $33 AUD
• Express Courier 500gm - 1kg: $41 AUD
• Express Courier 1kg - 2kg: $55 AUD
FOR FREE SHIPPING, SPEND $150 AUD
Please note: All parcels must be signed for, otherwise the parcel will not be left. If you give permission to leave the parcel somewhere on your property (in the event that no one is there to sign for it) you waive all rights. JTS or Australia Post do not take responsibility for parcels with these permission granted by the customer, in the event that they are not received.
For International customers: Jack the Snipper Pty Ltd does not take responsibility for any additional fees or charges incurred at customs or anywhere in the shipping process, once it leaves our warehouse in Sydney.
We know you are excited to get your hands on our gear but keep this in mind. Please allow 2-12 business days for standard shipping parcels to arrive. (based on location) International parcels take a little longer.
Supplying a business address may assist in prompt delivery.
The estimated time above, includes the 12-72 hour interval where product is picked, packed and dispatched.
International Shipping: Depending on where you are in the world, shipping on international parcels will take between 5-15 business days. You will be provided with a Tracking Number, so you can keep an eye on how far away your parcel is.
Again, please note: Jack* by Jack the Snipper does not take any responsibility for fees or charges on parcels incurred on arrival into your respective countries.

We will do everything possible to ensure swiftest delivery time possible. Jack* by Jack the Snipper cannot be held liable regarding loss, damage or late deliveries.
We cannot be held responsible in the event that an incorrect delivery address is supplied. Please ensure correct details are supplied when ordering.
After your order has been finalised and you notice a mistake in your delivery address, please contact care@jackthesnipper.com ASAP. We will do whatever we can to make the necessary changes, although we are pretty prompt, so get on us quick.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, Jack* by Jack the Snipper are unable to redirect to an alternative address.
In the event that more than one item has been ordered and stock is unavailable partial deliveries may be made until that item is replenished. A Jack* by Jack the Snipper representative will attempt to alert you via details provided.
Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving goods should there be fault, damage or defect. This is your responsibility as our valued Jack* by Jack the Snipper customer.
